Asparagus
- Cover a cookie sheet with foil. Place
asparagus on sheet. Lightly coat (spray or rub) with olive or
sesame oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, ground pepper and
garlic. Bake at 350 until desired doneness (15 to 30 mins).
Stir fried squash
- Heat a small amount of oil in a wok -
toasted sesame, or your favorite oil. Brown onions and crushed
garlic. Add squash (and mushrooms, if you like). Cook to
desired doneness.
